PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital advertising campaigns and deliver measurable growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data-driven marketing, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will excel in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, interpreting performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to craft high-converting ads and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and others.
     

  • Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPIs, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead generation targets.
     

  • Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns based on performance metrics.
     

Audience Targeting & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation to ensure precise targeting.
     

  • Develop and implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers and maximize conversions.
     

  • Identify new targeting opportunities to expand audience reach.
     

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to generate actionable insights.
     

  • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
     

  • Recommend data-backed strategies to enhance campaign efficiency.
     

 

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms.
     

  • Adjust spending strategies to optimize ROI and maintain cost efficiency.
     

  • Track and report on budget utilization regularly.
     

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
     

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, calls-to-action, and audience segments.
     

  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and campaign goals.
     

Stay Updated

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.
     

  • Experiment with emerging ad formats and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
     

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
     

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns.
     

  • Proven track record managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
     

  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.
     

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into strategic actions.
     

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
     

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
     

  • Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
